Hi Stefano, I did not remove the teak deck myself. It was done by the previous owner professionally in a yard in Holland. The teak was removed and the then some time was given to the deck to dry. Screw holes were sealed and two layers of glass-fiber mat (or rowing?) was applied on top. finally it was professionally painted with De Ijssel Double Coat. Hope that helps.
